Please print and then fill out the registration form and post or fax it to us at the address on the form. If you are experiencing problems accessing the form online, please contact us and we will send you a form. Upon receipt, you will be sent an emailed confirmation. Registration is possible at any time, but please note that places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Payment must accompany your registration to guarantee your place.
